Who we Are

Fleck Law (formerly operating under the name of Fleck & Daigneault) has been providing legal services to the residents of Lambton County since 1992.

With over 100 years of combined legal experience, we represent our clients with integrity and pride ourselves on our ability to protect the interests of those who have been seriously injured. We only represent injured people and do not act for insurance companies.

We are a personal injury litigation firm with a practice predominately engaged in serious and catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful deaths, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and insurance claims, as well as long term disability and Canada Pension Plan disputes.

We also provide planning in the areas of wills and estates as well as powers of attorney for personal care and property.
